2007 highlights

Lots of reflections this year, some of which include :-
::A ton of knitwear - sweaters, cardigans ::Lots of hats and some scarves ::Finishing Malawi and African Mama Quilt ::Knit my first pair of socks and a few more! ::Knit a lot of my own designs ::Some sewing :: Played with my camera and improved my photography skills :: Finished basket knits :: Learned to ride a bike :: Learned to create my blog without prior technical know-how ::lace knitting :: Making new friends through blogosphere :: Knowing myself better:: challenging myself in all areas of life (not just creatively) :: Participating and finishing my second 5k :: reducing stash:: A lot of giving to others.......etc
Now, that I look back and take count, I am in awe of everything that has been. And, I am looking forward to a lot of new things, some of which include (in no particular order)
- Learning Fair-isle and Intarsia knitting
- Improve photography
- Learn some HTML language
- Learn Photoshop or some photography editing software
- SEW a lot more
- Listening to a book a month
- Learn the technical hows of writing, drafting and charting knitting patterns
- Dye some yarn
- Make some quilts (and finish some)
- Take some lessons or class for my serger (I know I can use it beyond finishing seams etc)
- Run a 10k
Having said that, I wish you all a great 2008!
